Coco Wood Lakes (CWL) in Delray Beach Florida is an over 55 adult community. There are 393 single family homes with two to three bedrooms and a one or two car garage. The clubhouse features a swimming pool, an exercise room,a recreational room, multipurpose rooms and an auditorium with stage.

CWL is governed by a board of directors who are volunteers and are residents of CWL. They work hard to keep the property values up and the homeowner fees low.
